The Triple Point Social Housing REIT has invested more than £5.4million into two Scottish housing projects that provide support for people with long-term health needs.

The investment will fund the construction of a “state-of-the-art” building in Edinburgh that will provide self-contained homes for 24 people with learning and physical disabilities and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020 involving adaptations such as wet rooms and lifts.
