SOHO TCFD Report 2023

SOHO’s latest annual report includes voluntary reporting using the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations, a global standard for reporting on climate risk management.

SOHO Interim Impact Report 2023

Bi-annual impact assessments of SOHO are undertaken by The Good Economy, an independent impact advisory firm. The latest 2023 interim report for SOHO highlights the positive performance of SOHO against its impact goals and objectives.

SOHO Impact Report 2022

SOHO’s 2022 impact report covers the period from January to December 2022. As of 31 December 2022, SOHO invested £602 million in 497 properties, providing homes for up to 3,456 people.
